We offer martial arts classes, more specifically, karate classes for kids, teens and adults, meaning that everyone in your family can benefit from training with us in terms of fitness, concentration, self-esteem and personal achievements. We have also trained a very successful Competition Team that takes part in regional, national and international karate tournaments.

A GREAT KARATE SCHOOL FOR
KIDS!
As a student at Kanreikai Karate Vaudreuil, your child will learn a traditional Japanese martial art while also doing a great physical activity. Our instructors are experienced in targeting the individual needs of every karate student, while still maintaining a safe and controlled class environment.
Our karate classes, designed for people 4-6 years old and also ages 7 and up, will motivate anyone to learn, improve and to reach their goal. Parents will see every class is an opportunity for their kids to work hard, gain confidence, and make new friends. The kids at our karate school have fun while still learning a traditional Japanese martial art!

Our karate classes are not just for kids! Many adults and teenagers take part in our diverse and structured classes. Our instructors are experienced in adapting their teaching for every karate student to motivate them and help them succeed. Each class is filled with smiles, while still maintaining the challenging atmosphere that comes with learning martial arts.
Our students have each discovered that karate is not only good for their confidence and stress management; it also helps them develop self-discipline when it comes tofitness goals and social experience, and all while learning a traditional Japanese martial art.

It has become increasingly difficult for families to do things together! Parents and kids go about their respective occupations and end up doing few fun activities together.
At our karate school in Vaudreuil, we strive to build a structured class in a family atmosphere. Parents have found that karate is a rewarding activity to take part in as a family. Many parents have gone from being spectators to the class, to joining with their family. With our family program, students are more motivated to learn and improve together every class, which strengthens their relationships. Every student works together to reach their goals and having fun while doing it!

OSU! Our school is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion. We thave been teaching martial arts in Vaudreuil since 2011, serving populations of Vaudreuil, Ile-Perot, Saint-Lazare, Hudson, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, les cedres, Senneville and Pincourt.
